Open to all adult grades and invited (high grade) juniors.

*Your membership should be up to date, and you may be asked to produce your card at any Shoto Budo Course.
*Please bring your own equipment, if available - shin guards, mitts etc. It may also be useful to bring your own focus pads and weapons.

Friday 14th March= 7:30pm - 9:30pm
Saturday 15th Marchr= 10am - 12:30am, 2pm - 5pm, 7:30pm - 9:30pm
Sunday 16th Marchr= 10am - 12:30am, 2pm - 5pm

Course Type:
National training course for adults, will include a variety of practices led by a variety of instructors.
Grading will take place throughout the whole course with the formal grading on Sunday 16th March and, naturally, to be eligible memberships must be current.
Those being examined for Kyu Grades should attend a minimum of three practices, those who have already signalled their intention to be examined for a dan grade must attend the full course.
