The nights are getting
darker, the shops are getting busier and there are hugh inflatable snowmen
taking over the world (or, at least the streets of Scotland) - it can mean
only one thing - It's The Holiday Season!!!
While many see this as a time to stay huddled up indoors, why not beat the
winter blues and head out to a few extra practices in the coming weeks? Get
back into training and start 2005 with a bang!
