Its nearly time for the 2006 FRESH 'N' LO Great Scottish Run (half marathon and 10k) which will take place on Sunday 3rd September 2006. For the second year running there will be a Shoto Budo team taking part in the event.
The event is open to all applicants aged between 17 years and above for the half marathon and 15 years and above for the 10 kilometre road race through Glasgow.
Participants can choose between the half marathon or 10k. The race will take runners past some of the city's most famous attractions, and will again feature the hugely popular run over the Kingston Bridge, before finishing in Glasgow Green.
