Shoto Budo 5th Dan, Pauline Walmsley, was unusually caught off guard this weekend - at a Surprise Party thrown in honour of her birthday!
Members from her club, Kaizen, along with some of the other senior grades, joined in with Pauline's friends and family in the celebration. As you might expect, the night included much dancing on tables and also featured a massive conga line!
