- I have been practicing Martial Arts since 1981. During these years different styles have made themselves known by ordinary people. Also, the training itself has been changing and growing. Today, Shoto Budo is a very practical and rich combination of many skills that one needs in a self-defence situation. Also, people who practice this style in Kuusankoski, in Finland, and other corners of Europe are very nice, almost like a family. Our own club is always open to everybody who´s interested in Martial Arts. Everybody´s welcome!
Outside martial arts, Juha´s main hobby is fishing, which takes him to Lapland every summer.
